What is the analog ground and digital ground?
How can we know analog ground and digital ground in a board?
How can we connect both in pcb board?

please give me exact solution........................................

The reason why the anlogue and digital grounds are kept separate up to the point as close as possible to the powersupply ground is to avoid any digital swithing currents (lots of them) to "lift" the analogue ground and induce noise signals in the analogue circuitry

For analog circuits you have a separate analog ground and digital ground for digital circuits.
They serve as respective reference paths for digital and analog signals.
They are separate entities so as to avoid noise coupling from one side to other.
Usually both grounds are connected together at one single point in the layout, through a low impedance path or 0 ohm resistor.
