How to enhance bandwidth of textile antenna.

I need bandwidth about 100 MHz. Currently the best I get is 70 MHz.
Please give your opinion.
 

Unless you are designing a dedicated lossy antenna, bandwidth is mainly a matter of antenna geometry rather than material, I suppose.
