Can i put the same microcontroller code into SMD and DIP case.

Code writen for DIP, can I put into PLC or TQFP ?

yes you can use same code but you need to verify other package pin outs for your hardware connection.

If is DIP, dip have lower number of pins then TQFP, this say that that extra pins in TQFP not used. I think that this will work, I mean DIP to TQFP?

If the both package types are of the same model of 8051.

Yes, it should work. And as long as the proper pinout connections are made to the device and the oscillator configuration is the same.
