What are the advantages of ready made integrated instrumentation amplifiers compared to ones built from 2 or three op-amps?

What features are available in todays integrated amplifiers?

Op-amps inside integrated inst-amps are internally trimmed to minimal offset voltage. They also incorporate resisors that are matched to a higher degree than that is possible by hand. And they are temperature compensated.
