At89s52 help with resistance/cap values and ht12e/ht12d aswell

I dunno if it's been asked before but what are the values of resistances and capcitors needed for at89s52 and ht12e/ht12d rf encoder/decoder?
and is there a tutorial showing how to program and/or connect at89s52 with isp programmer(hardware connections)

the value of resistance is onemegaohm for encoder and 58kohm for decoder and for 89s52 33pf cap two is needed

also do i need a voltage regulator? I am using a dc adapter =)

Yes. A well regulated supply is always prudent when deriving your required supply voltages from the mains. The use of a well designed voltage regulation circuit can circumvent many future issues. The use of decoupling/bypass capacitors between your Vcc and Ground is recommend as well.
