    how to eliminate dc When I test RF power HEMT, it osscilates before the RF signal is added. And the transistor burned out easily by the DC osscilation:( Is there anyone doing RF power testing? Do you meet the same problem? How to eliminate DC osscilation? Thanks a lot!

    ADS can do. But it is 2.5D simulation. HFSS can do 3D EM simulation. you can try!
