U must design a base unit that compute the median number between 9 pixels.
u can find 9 pixels in 3*3 window and feed them to this base unit.
this base unit consists some comparators. u can find the design schematic in attachment JPEG file.

Hi everybody.
I am using Code Composer Studio 3.3 to implement an image processing project by means TI DM6437 EVM board, But I didn't find this target in Code Composer Studio Setup 3.3.
please help me and explain the approach to overcome this problem.
