I want to interface it to micro controller and drive LCD using micro controller. I don't want to use flash card. For storing graphics and multilingual data i want to use flash with lower memory.

Could you tell any part no. I want memory of max 8Mb but i think NAND flash...
Could any body tell me where I will get the thorough explanation on NOR and NAND flash memories like internal structures, memory capacity and examples of both the types?
