parallel port interface with DC motor

Yes, you can use the D/A and the analog cirquit from the figure 12. I think that the LM12 is discontinued, so you need to replace it by another power amplifier. Good luck!

parallel port interface with DC motor

Hi Raheel, First of all, if you want to make a speed control, you will need to implement the closed loop control. Take a look on the LM628/629 digital PID controller from National Semicoductor. There is a complite cirquit diagram in the datasheet, including the controller and the power stage...

is safe to create a clock to control an A/D using FPGA?

The jitter is very serious problem in the flash ADC. Once, when i tried to create a 40MHz clock using Acex FPGA, the jitter caused a high noise in the ADC.

    Looking for Object detect sensors..

I have never worked with Infra Red sensors. There is a short explanation about the flame detectors: **broken link removed**

    Looking for Object detect sensors..

Yep. Do you need some help in sensor design?

    Looking for Object detect sensors..

Sory, I don't. But the only reason to use the separate transmitter and reciever in object detection sensor is a need of deadzone cancellation.

    Looking for Object detect sensors..

Are You talking about Sensotech site? They moved to Canada just couple of months before, maybe there are still some problems with the internet site. You can give me your e-mail address and I'll ask them to contact You. :D

    Looking for Object detect sensors..

Answer to nvp: If You are looking for a sensor for commercial product, You can contact this company: www.sensotech.ca. I worked there two years before. They produce different kinds of ultrasonic sensors. Their prices may be very atractive. If you are interesting in only some pieces, look for...

    Looking for Object detect sensors..

Yes, sure. With ultrasonic sensor you can detect the presence of the object in the defined area. You can choose sensors with different frequencies and beam-width. Usually, the ultrasonic sensor is more expensive than the IR, but it provides better detection probability and allows to define (to...
