in FCC regulations the Poawer spectral density is defined in dBm/MHz. how could i transform this in UWB/GHz?
is this true:
0dbm/MHz = 1mW/MHz=(1mw*10^3)/GHz =(0+30)dBm/GHz=30dBm/GHz?

I am designing an antenna, wich will be used in water. I tried to optimze the matching of the antennas(transmitter and receiver antennas), but with no success (S11=-3db) . I am just interested in S21. S21 is good enough for me to do the measurement.

when i have an IFsignal, i know the method to calculate the Amplitude and the phase. First the I and Q componenent should be calculated,this is achieved with downconverting the IF signal digitaly DDC.
