If I run simulation on power gated netlist, will the resulting SAIF file contain the effect of when certain domains were off due to control switch during the simulation turning that domain off?

so for following specs, I am trying to use folded cascode followed by common source amp.
i did the fully differential mode folded cascode n got around 76dB gain with all other specs in line, my question is how to add CS Amp at out of folded cascode?

so at the output of folded cascode, i will place a common source amp, and it will provide me gain. how can i manage stability, i mean how to apply miller compensation capacitor?

I heard about gain booster, will it work for single ended folded cascode as im trying to avoid common mode feedback, or gain booster will only work with fully differential folded cascode?
