    Near Field Interference

Hi everyone, just wanna know what is the destination of near field interference? And how does a resistor placed at the '+' and '-' terminals of a power supply stablised the fluctuation in the voltage and current levels?

    F3 and F3E Modulation Technique

Hi, just wanna know how does the modulation techniques of F3 and F3E (which normally exists in transceivers) works? Thanks.

Fluctuation in modulator's power supply in wireless transmission

I mean the max input power into the receiver's antenna.

Fluctuation in modulator's power supply in wireless transmission

Hi, I have did the testing. So it was the shielding problem. But just would like to ask, what is the typical max input power for the transceiver? In this case, is the Alinco DJ-C7E transceiver. Thanks.

Fluctuation in modulator's power supply in wireless transmission

Hi, Thanks for all the advice. I will try to use something to shield the modulator to see if the problems lies in there. And there is someone who told me that if the load outputs power too, it will cause it to not work properly since power supply likes to supply power. Is this true? Thanks again.

Fluctuation in modulator's power supply in wireless transmission

Ha, this is my first prototype. Of course, once everything is stable and working, I will fabricate it to allow it to be able to work in space. And for the power supply, it is being supplied from the power subsystem in the satellite.

Fluctuation in modulator's power supply in wireless transmission

The above diagram is the power supply that I am using. The top half is my modulator and the bottom half is my demodulator. I can't use the empty space starting from the left most components of my modulator/demodulator as I have a size limit that I need to follow and so the rest of my space...

Fluctuation in modulator's power supply in wireless transmission

Other than the dummy load, can I use the metal shield to cover my modutor? Will by doing this be sufficient to prevent the problem from occuring again?

Fluctuation in modulator's power supply in wireless transmission

Hi, I just saw the thread. Just to touch up on the problem that my team mate and I are facing now: a) when I insert the stereo plug (the other end connecting to the output of the modulator) into the DJ-S45E, the power generator that is supplying power to my modulator started to act weird. When...

Difference between Baud Rate and Bit Rate

Hi, thanks for all the reply. If I am using AFSK?

Difference between Baud Rate and Bit Rate

okay, I am a little confused. cause in my situation now I am suppose to get a 1200 bps signal but the computer program which i am going to use to generate the signal only allows me to key in baud rate. so i planning to transmit a periodic signal of 4 binary '1' bits followed by 4 binary '0' bits...

Difference between Baud Rate and Bit Rate

when u said for baud rate it changes from 0 to 1, it does not include counting for 1 to 0 transition? so ur 2400 times per second is all from 0 to 1?

Difference between Baud Rate and Bit Rate

Hi, I would like to know the difference between baud rate and bit rate. And is there any formula relating to both variables that I can use to convert from baud rate to bit rate and vice versa? If for example my project needs a 1200 bps, what is the baud rate I need for my transmitter? Thanks...

9600 baud rate modem IC Recommendation

Hi again, Thanks a lot. I need to double-check if the baud rate is 9600 bps cause I was told that it is that figure but at the same time, in the manual it states 1200 bps instead. So there is some confusion. I will post again once I have clear the confusion. Thanks again. Regards.

9600 baud rate modem IC Recommendation

Hi, so what you meant is that I should either build one or purchase another modem IC which works well at 9600 bps? I would prefer to purchase another one since my circuit board has only a very small space for it. Is there any good modem IC out there which works well at 9600 bps and has the same...
