CNC Machine
Hi,
Thanks for your suggestion. But I would like to know an alternative option for this. My spec. includes AC servo and speed is 1200RPM.
Motors: AC servo
Max. speed: 1200RPM
Torque: 6NM
Resolution:0.1mm
Thanks

Re: CNC Machine
Hi dani,
Thank you for your fast replay.
Kindly clarify this points. Is this PC based option will be OK for an industrial environment ? Also, if it had to process three axis's simultaneously, will it be OK to use Windows like OS ? Please comment.
Thanks and regards
Hi all,
I have got a project to design a controller for 3 axis CNC machine. My job is to identify and integrate servomotors, controllers and HMI for this machine. Mechanical part will take care somebody else.
specifications of this machine are.
Motors: AC servo
Max. speed: 1200RPM...

Hi everybody,
Can you suggest a 12bit TrimDAC ( SPI input) to have an output
Vout(D) = (D/4096) (VrefH - VrefL) + VrefL
D = Digital input to DAC
In this DAC Output vaoltage range is determined by external input voltages applied to VrefH and VrefL.
Thanks

emi welding machine
Hello,
I have a project to design a welding machine controller based on a micro.
The micro should have good EMI immunity. It is preferrable if it has one inbuilt in 8bit DAC.
What is your openion about using Cypress PSoC.

Hi all,
I have to design a 90 Deg. Phase shifter for a 20kHZ square wave. Can any body share some info. I need a digital circuit solution which should not use R and C. Also shifted wave should have the same timing spec. as original wave( ie PW and period).
