MCUServer ships preprogrammed MCU too.
You can always build a simple parallel port programmer to program 16F877, or have someone else program it for you.

You can buy a one from http://www.olimex.com/dev/index.html for about $90.
Check out **broken link removed** they sell a kit for about $70.
If you don't mind building your own do a quick search on edaboard or google for ICD2 or ICD2 clone.
You could also buy a low cost programmer...
