This is not my thing anymore but glancing at what you have 15 Watts of heat from a power supply that is 240 Watts on the input??? What kind of heatsink does this thing have? I worked on one of the first Switchers and if the fan died you had a massive bang soon afterwards. And electrolytics...
I'm not sure what your asking. There are a number of bluetooth TWS Chipsets. Maybe looking into buying a development board to test out what your doing to insure it works how you want it to.
Do you have a pretty hefty ground layer? In other words your not using a trace for ground and power? If you do have healthy power planes have you put bypass Cap (Like 0.1uF) as close the ground power connections on each IC? I think your simulation program assumes this is done so the ground...

I'm assuming you have a JPEG that is of the PCB you want to turn into Gerber files. Circad )aka OmniGlyph loads in most of the popular graphics files. The idea is that you can just go with creating a Gerber but you can use the image of the PCB make it the top layer then place all the parts...
