i wish to connect a circuit as circuit as shown below.
i have connect it but it not work. the voltage comparator i use is LM311. i connect the output to pin7, pin 4,5,6 not use. pin 2 & 3 is connect as the circuit shown.
other than this, the irled im using is get in pair, both have 2 pin. but...
