    Power Calculation for NAND Flash

    Hi Klaus, It only specifies dc currents for Sequential READ, Program and Erase. Apart from that it also has Leakage currents for input and output. Now whether DC currents are for entire chip is not specified. It also specifies Staggered power up current 10mA per die. Regards, Phaniendra
