Hi everybody
I m looking for a *.s2p file of microwave transistor that has this property :
Gp>28db at the frequency of 2GHZ .
I found several *.s2p file some of them have the Gp=33db but in microwave office
when I simulated them I see that in frequency of 2GHZ Gp its equal or less the 23db...
