I have encountered a FIR filter question couple days ago.
A guy gave me an impulse response of a FIR filter(z transform equation), and ask me to plot the bode plot of it.

I have some Perl projects to do. I'm quite new to Perl, so I would like to find a good Perl IDE(prefer free stuff) to finish my project. Just wonder if any of you have any suggestions
