I noted down the EEHEMT1 model parameters used in ADS schematic, and then entered the parameters in AWR MWO,
reault is that transistor's S parameter, node voltages , drain current are right, but the gate current is wrong.
I notice that there is "Lshunt" parameter in AWR MWO whereas...
