i have problem to search value of dv/dt of igbt for my system. there many but it not supoort my system where need the high voltage up to 6.5kv. i need it because to design my snubber circuit for igbt.

hi.. anyone can help me how to find datasheet for 6.5kv. there are many of them but i cannot find those datasheet with the value of dv/dt values.. :cry:
