remote control signal wireless extender circuit
hi, emis
as i know that is remote remote control.
so you can find some ideas from internet.
the followings are examples.

x->t
i recommend Intellon chipset.
hxxp://www.intellon.com
also you can find others for power line communicaion.

coaxial transformers
Hi, Egemini
these may help.
Motorola AN721
Impedance Matching Networks Applied to RF Power Transistors
hxxp://rfwireless.rell.com/pdfs/AN_721_D.pdf
Motorola AN1033
Match Impedances in Microwave Amplifiers

here is another idea so called "de Ronde strip-slot coupler paper."
F.C. de Ronde. "A New Class of Microstrip Directional Couplers." 1970 G-MTT International
Microwave Symposium Digst of Technical Papers 70. 1 (1970 [MWSYM]): 184-189.
By using Cohn's slotline in combination with a microstrip...
here is one paper as a reference.
the bandwidth is not wide, but you can expand easily.
M. Basraui and S.N. Prasad "Wideband, planar, log-periodic balun." 1998 MTT-S
International Microwave Symposium Digest 98.2 (1998 Vol. II [MWSYM]): 785-788
i do not know exactly what you want.
but if you dl TXline freely from awr website,
then you can calculate by yourself.
http://www.appwave.com/src/products/TXLine.zip
i think you are looking for true DDS based waveform generator chip or Arbitrary Waveform Generator chip.
but most chips are designed for different applications, so it is not easy to find out exact purpose.
you can check several links for DDS.
