What type of controller/control system is suggested here. If we dont synchronize the isolated section what potential problems can I face apart from inductor size , will it hinder the efficiency.

True. What I was thinking was whether dividing it into 10phases would substantially reduce the ripple current ? . I mean not doning the extra effort if say the efficiency only improves marginally after 4phases... This thing I am not sure .
Sorry for the confusion, I attach a block diagram for clarification below;
What I mean is the each interleaved section is isolated too. So when the boost stage gets interleaving signals , its asociated HF isolation stage indirectly works in acordance. Is this ok, or we need multiple sections .

Thanks for the clarification, here can we assume that the isolated section of each phase will work in accordance with it indirectly(Dc o/p) . Do you say nominally the the duticucle should be at 67 or 87 percent.
Its two stage BOOST ----> Isolation. I think you misunderstood me . I mean using only 2 PWM channels for H bridge and the rest high side Fets to remain in on/off state (Pls find below image).

Yes separate transformer, and its excited with a full bridge (4 MOSFETS). I am exploring this , so I have not yet com up with schematics.
If we drive the MOSFET channels , is it necessary to complement the PWM on alternate channels...

I need to design a DC-DC isolated converter the Dc bus voltage is 50VDC and I want to interleave the current (500Amps) to 10 channels . Then it should be 360/N channels , my question is can we select a longer timeperiod say 720degrees/N . It might sound ridculous.

Hi,
Attach is the placement for 1206 Resistors for ateunaton . Please review if its OK to place this way . OR should I orient the Resistors right angled to the modules Antenna o/p port? will use a microstrip to feed till antenna .
