Which ICD2 Clone should buy??

I want to buy a ICD2 clone for debugging, but im a little lost...well.. very lost xD
I found in ebay the "MCD2", wich costs around 100USD
There is also the "ICD2.5", wich costs around 40~50USD
Do you think is it worth buying the MCD2? Do you know if they...
