Has anybody had any sucess using "Reuse" in PowerPCB? Specifically, I'm looking to port an RF pcb layout from one design to another.

Sorry, you're more or less screwed after the damage is done with back annotation. The Swap file is the way to go though....
1. BACKUP everthing in Pads and Orcard before you re-annotate. (I still do this, even though the process is down pat.)

Although there are some hoops you need to jump through for back annotation and part attributes, I think the best combo is using PowerPCB with Orcad Schematic for the front end.
