By default ATLAS simulate 2D structure with device with 1 micron width. You can even consider this is the nominal current (A/micron) of your structure.
If your structure wider than 1 micron, eg. 10 microns - current of structure will be 10 times bigger.

You should told more clear, how about output voltage and current of solar cell system , how about input voltage, current of battery.
Re: Handling I/O pins
He meaned that output of your sensor maybe isn't strong enought to pull the static of microcontroller's input down to ~0V. And he recommended you changed your pull down resister to higher value (example:33kΩ or 47kΩ) to make the static easier to pull down to 0V.
pic programer
I use JDM programer version in olimex.com . And I used it to program my 18F252,2550,4550. It worked. My Vpp voltage in programmer is about 13,4V. If you want, you could test with Vpp increasing step by step.

hip4081 motor
I got some Hip4081 . If I using it only for turn on/off motor , not for PWM in controll motor , is my MOSFET in high side going to turn off because charge pump capacitor for Hip fully discharge . But sometime I use my motor in PWM mode . Is it ok ?
I'm designing board by Orcad 9.2 and want to place SMD component in top & bottom layer . But I can only place in top layer . How I can place them in other layer?
