I would like to know if the above project uses PIC microcontroller or else.. That is important beacuse i m currently working on the project similar to that but implementing on a low level microcontroller AT89S51

Well this topic is started so that all users can post their ic related problems....
i start by making a request by myself
I require a VCO whose frequency range is 800Mhz--1050 MHz...
A list of such ics that provide oscillation in the mentioned range is highly desirable...
Any body knowing plz...
Re: alternate of the ic
if maxim2622/2623/2624 are not easily available in countries like pakistan and india
etc then the solution is to get it from MAXIm themselves or get the Alternate/equivalent VCO whos range is from 800MHz-1050 Ghz or similar..
