i don't know, i think over 30kv. i drive this circuit with 12v for the 3525 and 30v 7A for the powermosfet (IXTH50N20). It works great.

look here https://www.nuenergy.org/plasmatron.htm .it works really nice, but its very high voltage. for lower voltage you need another transformer

i use eagle 4.09r2.it works fine but when i make a new library,
and save, i can't open it again.
