Dear All,
I want to ON/OFF fans/lights of my room through my voice command. My ideas are:
1. Suppose, I want to ON FAN. I just call "FAN".
2. The signal will be receive by the micro-controller via micro phone.
3. It will process the command.
4. The fan will be turned ON if it is already OFF...
Dear all,
I want to send about 100KB data from my PC to a device via serial port at 9600 baud rate. I want to use ATMEGE16 / ATMEGE32. I also want to use an EEPROM of 128KB. As the memory of ATMEGE16 / ATMEGE32 is not enough to save 100KB, so When I receive data, I want to save it to the EEPROM...
Hi selva
watch dog timer is a independent timer inside the micro-controller. it operates independently. if the MCU become hang it will restart the MCU. there are some configuration registers to active it. please see the datasheet for details.

Hasan
Dear Selva,
Here I attach my RTC code with simulation (MikroC and Proteus) with LCD. This is my initial code (Version 1) and it does not include watch dog timer and RTC hang detection. To prevent initial spike I used a 5 seconds start up delay here.
I included watch dog timer and RTC hang...
Hi All,
We are working with electronics. So frequently we need various ICs, Sensors etc. As for example I want to isolate uC from power section of the circuit. So, I can use opto-coupler. But if do not know about opto-coupler, it is hidden to me.
So I want such catalogs from which I can get...
Hi Selva,
I had worked with RTC and made some professional products both with 7segment and 2x16 LCD . I used
1. ATMEGA8, ATMEGA16
2. Proteus for simulation
3. MicroC for AVR as compiler
My product working very nice. Its features are
1. Clock
- You can adjust clock time and date by pressing...
1. What is the voltage rating for D (Zenor diode)?
2. More parts of the circuit is needed to see.
If this circuit is used for AC sensing, I suggest you to isolate the part from uC (if used) using optocoupler. Which will be very safe design.
Thanks
Hasan
Dear Sir,
I have developed a home automation project using both IR and RF remote control which is used to:
1. ON/OFF room lights and fans
2. Speed control for fans
Now I want to do the works remotely over internet.
I already made the hardware (Ethernet module using ENC28j60) without firmware...
