I got same ERROR (ADE-3036), but I have solved this by
1) install libreadline5
2) go to ADE-->Setup-->Environment Options, thick "Run With 64 bit binary" option
varactor vco
Hi IKUZU
please refer this link regarding varactor diode model in Vco design, althought it was related ADS but I believe it could be applied to AWR as well due to generic varactor lumped model
error_ _is less then 2 connection
From my point of view, the simulation is correct, I guess your question was wondering the 4.1 mVDC product at output, it was due to one of OPA's characteristic, input offset voltage.
less than 2 connections at node pspice
that is because the U1 you chose was not a pspice model, it is just a symbol for schemadic drawing. you should choose pspice model in \capture\library\pspice
pspice less than 2 connections at node
that is because you didn't make R1,R2 and U1 connecting properly by wire.
suggest you moving them away each others and re-connecting exactly at pin point.
simulate varactor c-v
I did that before by using ADS, but you need a non-linear varactor model first.
you can search this board to get informations how to get a non-linear model if you don't have.
Re: Question about RFID.
everything is possible if you have theory standing for, but why not using Thermo Life
to get electricity energy instead of radio signal energy?
Re: [Help]Extract S-Parameters: High Power Microwave Transis
I used HP 8753D to finish that job for my last project, I don't know which is best but I do know it should be calibrated properly before starting measurement.
btw, the S-Parameters you got by this method are just what transistor...
Re: [Help]Extract S-Parameters: High Power Microwave Transis
you could try my method as shown in the attachment.
1. put DUT into 50 ohm transmission lines test fiture board and add feedback network if necessary.
2. tune and move both Cin and Cout until meet requirements
3. take off DUT, measure...
