Did you already try to make your structure through SDE and then add Sprocess as second tool in your tool flow and then include annealing commands in Sprocess?
You don't need then to include Sde commands in Sprocess.
You just make both in your tool flow on workbench.
I think you need to first run node 83 and then try to run node 85.
Sounds like node 83 is a prerequisite for node 85.
If you show a snapshot of your workbench here it is easier to find the problem.
Hi all,
I would like to stop Sdevice for any reason while it is doing its job and resume it again afterwards.
By aborting the project it will start everything again while cleaning all the previous results for the next run of the node.
