For an active 2nd order low pass filter.
Why is it important to have phase response?
For example, the attachment below which i done simulation for the active low pass filter for temperature -49degree Celcius and 27degree Celcius.

Does anyone can give me advise on op-amp model that able to react according to changes in temperature in any software?
Is it all op-amp available in software cannot react to changes in temperature?

limitations of pspice student version
I was trying to simulate my circuit which contains about 13 bjt, and there was netlist error of circuit too large. Gosh! Student version can simulate maximum of 10 bjt. Is there any problem with my full version PSpice?

ua 741cn to work as a current source
Btw is it any ways to represent this op amp in FET instead of BJT? Or a simpler circuit? Any example?
My student version PSpice just can support at most 10 transistors. A sad news for me after a try.

I use transistor level op amp of ua741 instead of the op amp ua741 available in PSpice so that i can get the changes in frequency response when i vary the temperature. That's my main reason and i really hope it works.

I understand what u mean and the unit for ppm/(degree Celcius) and %/(degree Celcius) but i just can't see how to equate the unit of % Δ Cmax to per degree Celcius.
What does % Δ Cmax means?
Δ Cmax means changes in Celcius or per degree Celcius?
