High side driver ics has a working limits, With in these limits these operate perfactly , beyond these limits these ics fail burns ,can not withstand higher voltages
ir2101 can be used for 3 to 12volt in put without any problem. What do you mean by 5 level. and what gets short circuit. the H bridge require 4 in puts in particular way.
It means that the current rapidly increase at output terminal with minimal voltage increase across the input terminal. It will result into precision regulation.
Micro-controller uses adc to read the voltage drop across the current sensing resistor and this voltage drop should not increase from supply volt of the controller. If DVM has loose connection or high resistane then the voltage going to adc would be higher enough to damage the controller. you...
First of all you have to ensure the right biasing of mosfet it should be near to peak value of the mosfet ie.12v to 20 v according to its datasheet.secondly add snubber across mosfet to protect it against back EMF. I hope it will solve your problem
I got a Laptop T42 ThinkPad. It does not turn ON with Battery. Whether the battery is fully charged or half. If I connect Charger Then it can be switched ON normally. I replaced the battery. But it did not solve my problem. I think its battery section on mother board is creating problem. Any Tip...
