I had been using a VIRTEX_II pro development board and it had been working fine , but recently I had to change it (but still its another VIRTEX-II pro development board).
Now, when I try to program it using JTAG then it shows the following error

I have tried the connections myself for a longtime and still couldn't get any result so that's why I wished if someone could give an example.
