Check the RTC crystal, solder joins of crystal, is it in breadboard??
Have you place an 100nf cap between vcc and gnd of RTC.
do this simple things and report
nRF24L01 or CC2500 and other chips can be used in this purpose.
manufacturer are providing some information on PCB design requirement and example design.
GND plane is a big factor in high frequency PCB layout
check it in google you will find all the document for it. after some reading...
2 UART option I know only for Maxim chip other I don't know.
you can check Silicon Lab chips. they are great but many available only in SMD
Nuvoton and SST are other 8051 manufacturer.
and these chips are available in India.
Have you check the Maxim chips? DS89C450??
it has 2 UART other requirement you can check in datasheet.
Maxim IC has lots of 8051 chips with different features. check all at their site.
Check the nRF24L01 datasheet, it has some sample PCB design and circuit with different type of antenna.
range is not only depend on antenna. if you have to increase the range it requires some additional chip for power boosting .
Search the net, you will get that also. LNA and supporting chip...
Is this Photo resist PCB making process is better than silkscreen PCB making process ?? I want to know in which method the PCB quality is better or both can produce same quality PCB only method is different.
In our location SIMCOM products are hard to find, Quectel M95 where available ? may be any online shop?
do you know any source for GSM modem other than SIMCOM
I know this is an old thread but I want to post here because it is related to this thread
Where is the document for PL2303 PID change or device customization.
a long time ago I seen it at prolific site but now I did't find it as far I remember Pl2303 requires 6.5V for programming correct me if...
I searched the net but did not find any simple 8051 development board.
I want an board with P89V51RD2, max232 or transistor based serial to TTL converter for program downloading and serial communication.
if any body have eagle files for that type of DIY board then it will save time to start...
