now i am using a control card fron onbon BX-5U0 . but there is no way to change the programs stored in it ie(pgm1 ,pgm2 etc )
is there any remote available for this purpose or can i connect any switch for this purpose
595+ uln 2803 is ok .these are for column data and it produce a current sinking action . But you have to provide enough current to the rows using a source driver . Most suitable is APM 4953 mosfet or use suitable TIP transistor
