    about sonnet & @ds hello. my question is that when I used @ds momentun &sonnet . Do the single port(momentun) and standard port (sonnet ) have the same function? I means the ports have calibration function up to the dirsed reference plane. Is it right?

    Problem with LO power in diode model

    about diode model when i simulated passive mixer in @ds (use @gilent hsms286c antiparaelle diode ),I changed the LO power ,then the S parameter has no changed.why? but when I mounted tje diode on FR4,and measure S parameter.It will change dependet on the LO power. I confused it.
