QRC parasitic extraction when there is a separate digital/analog grounds

Hi, I'm designing an ADC with 2 separated grounds: AGND and DGND - one for analog and other for digital domain. I'm using the QRC to perform a parasitic extraction of my final layout. In the QRC's "Extraction" tab, there is a "Ref Node" field. In this case, is necessary to fill "Ref Node" field...

    Voltage-to-current converter (high precision!)

Hi all, How do I convert a single input voltage signal (input voltage range 0V-5V, for example) to high precision differential current signal (differential output current range -25uA to 25uA)? I need high linearity, more than 12 bits. Is there some IC with this functionality and output current...

    Sigma-Delta modulators: SC or SI?

Hi, I have the follow question, What is the better technique to use for design of sigma-delta modulators (using standard CMOS technology, for example 180nm): SC (switch-capacitor) or SI (switch-current)? Can i get more resolution usign SI? Is there any advantage to use SI? Thanks a lot
