I worked with pics and mcp2510 in conjuntion with PCA82c250 driver.
It work fine. You have some specific uC pic with built in CAN controller. Look at www.microchip.com

The problem that you have is that RB4 pin on PIC**877 does not have internal connection to GND and this is a problem when you use RB4 as out. You need forced this out to GND putting a 10K resistor to GND.

I am sorry but I'm afraid that your problem is very difficult to resolve because the modern sensor can only detect movement. If you need a sophisticated system you must use and work around video cameras to get it.

First, you need to get sed1330 datasheet at epson web, actually is s1d13305 i think. Second you must go on the instruccions to inizialice the device. It is extremely important to respect periods.
