A rectangular patch (L = 76 mm, W = 50 mm, h = 1.524 mm, εr = 3.38) is powered by a coaxial probe. The central core of the connector is soldered to the patch at Dx = 29 mm, Dy = 15 mm from the bottom left corner.
Theoretically this position enables the four primary modes TM10 (1.075 GHz), TM01...
Howdy mates,
These are two 2.4 GHz equilateral triangular patch antenna simulated by CST Studio. One has inset feeding, while the other has a coaxial feed.
Hope they could be useful for someone.
Attached please find the models.
Have a good day
Rodeoman
Dear Amexist,
I'm too trying to write a similar Matlab code, like yours, so I'd be pretty grateful to you, if you sent me yours, cuz I'm not all that much in Matlab.
Thanx alot in advance
Rodeoman;-)
Howdy anil21_p,
Thanks alot for the kindness dear friend, I'd certainly need your help. Please visit my topic on "USING MOMENTUM TO CALCULATE SELF & MUTUAL INDUCTANCES" at:
I'm suppose to design MRI RF Surface coil array for 9.7 T, resonant frequency =400 MHz.
I tried a commercial...
how to convert s parameters to mutual inductance
Hello Friends,
I just started expolering ADS a couple of days ago, an old version 2006a. Well, I'd like to ask you how to use momentum, or momentum RF to simulate and calculte the inductance of MRI RF surface coil single turn loop of any...
Hi there,
If you deal planar antennas, not conformal ones, then I would strongly recommend CST Microwave studio.
I'm not pretty acquainted with ADS, I just started exploring it a few days ago.
Wish you good luck buddy!

field around the coil??
Hello,
It's obvious that you mean time-varying fields, otherwise electric field wont be addressed in case of coils or loops.
I'd see the matter as sort of an antenna then, and apply the wave theory rather than the basics of electromagnetics.
The current distrubtion...
Hello dear fellows,
I'm pretty a newbie in using ADS to design MRI RF coils:cry:, and it seems that nobody around me has ever done such a thing before.
Could anybody give me a hand, in order to have that thing in a form of functoning layout? All matched, tuned, and decoupled.
Many thanks...
