This is the expression used by ads to convert dbm to V, can anyone shed some light on where the 8 comes from.
Example:
y = dbmtov(10 (power) , 50(Zref))
returns 2.0
Expression:

I have a question, i'm currently using spectre to run simulation on my lna. I ran using sp and pss analysis.
The results from sp S21 and pss voltage gain are quite different. Note i have set them both to db20.
Does anyone face this issue?
