I would like to knw wht other parametres get affected for a transistor whn u migrate from say 180nm to 130nm? length will be fixed as 130nm and wht abt the width, source - drain areas etc?

Hi,
I would like info on running the calibre drc and lvs commands from the command line thru UNIX.
Also, wht is the difference when u do a hierarchial drc and jus a drc?
i mean, difference b/w "calibre -hier -drc" and "calibre -drc"?
