yea, sure I'm using USB-to-TTL converter.
second thing is I replaced usb-to-serial converter with another micro controller which have uart firmware in it. In these controller Rx line is connected to one of the uart lines of my custom boards and Tx line is connected to pc to see the data coming...

My custom boards works on 3.3v TTL logic levels. And also I tried with another controller which works on same voltage levels in place of usb to serial converter with a firm ware which sends the received data through Tx line but it also gave same result
