Hi,
Here is PCB, SCH and HEX file for ICD2. Works with RS232 and USB.
Important: The PCB is wrong! L3 go to pin7 on MC34063 and pin5 on U8 go to +VUSB and R31 goto R32, not R33.
The shematic is OK.
