1.You can try to set /etc/hosts as below
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
192.168.5.5 PCAOCN
2. change our license file
SERVER PCAOCN ANY 27000
3. Set the PCAOCN to the IP address as 192.168.5.5
4. Set license
export CDS_LIC_FILE=27000@PCAOCN
export LM_LICENSE_FILE=$CDS_LIC_FILE...
where is your license, and what is the license server name in license file? Can you ping the license server without internet?
I think your problem may related with two reasons. license setting or IP setting.
You can edit the symbol view, then add one or more cdsPara(). I can not start the schematic editor now, if you still have question, I will reply you on monday.
When you create a symbol, you can add more 'cdsPara()' in the form. One cdspara() point to a paramter, then you can display more than 3. So you can try to modify the symbol. Good luck.
