In this type of supply, the PIC controller generate a square signal of adjustable high frequency. at the same time, a rectified and adjustable voltage (0-310 V), that feeds the primary of a step-up ferrite transformer, is transformed in a high frequency signal by the MOSFETs (IRF740) controlled...
Hi everyone.
In this schematic what type of driver used?
Does 4 driver with specific components should used? or 2 driver IC can handle?
And what capacitor value should used?
This system can generate high voltage&frequency along with a HV transformer
OK.
This is the schematic of a plasma generator named PVM500 that it's manufactory plain in the website for customers to download & instructions. and i'm want to test it.
this circuit produce up to 40 kv peak to peak with frequency adjustable 20-60 KHz.
Thanks for any help or any data about...
Hi
in this schematic the Q1 & Q2 are P&N channel MOSFET.
but Q1="1RFP450" and Q2="IRFP450"
I can't find any datasheet about "1RFP450"
Is there any alternative to this two MOSFET's ??
