How I thought to resolve the problem was - to "insert a near field set up" (just as we do for the far field) and set some radius from the antenna where the field is to be computed. What do you think about this solution?
I am designing a microstrip patch antenna and would like to calculate or plot the electric field in the substrate at a some finite distance from the antenna. Does anybody know how to do that?
As you may already know, CST has a provision to enter parameters for your design called parameter list. One of its fields is called value. I don't know why but I am not able to set value to the parameters I enter. It automatically shows =0. I tried clicking, double clicking and everything but...
