i will go with arc routing....no 45 no 90 lol..:)
some one prefer arc some prefer 90 some one 45. unless otherwise specified high speed you can root with 45 degree angle.
I am using different tool ..but concept will be same..every tool has option to create a foot print. go through LM3405 data sheet .. and there will be component drawing which consist of length width pad size. create according to that. you will be able to simulate...:)

Hi,
I need a help, what is the impact if i use full contact in plane to ground pin or power pin instead of orthogonal connection ..?
Some people prefer orthogonal connection is better then full contact. i am thinking if full contact heat will flow all the area.. and dissipate fast..
am i wrong ?
replicate circuit means you can do the multiple placement only when reference designator is different. other thing are same. it will save the designing time. It lokk good also.
i am confused by your question if you have 2000 component if you have similar circuit then only you have to do the replication.else you have to do it manually if you want to work your PCB.In Allegro 16.3 you can replicate the circuit. I don't prefer auto placement.
No most of the people tell to provide reference plane. why is important question.. Differential signaling is a method of transmitting information electrically with two complementary signals sent on two paired wires, called a differential pair. Since external interference tend to affect both...
Hand soldering of fine pith component always risk. i would suggest you to go with machine assembly . because once you solder your bga if its not soldered properly then it will become hectic to you.
High speed differential signal need reference plane because it will act as return path.USB and other high speed signals are recommended to have ground plane.
