I have created a basic Free RTOS based project using STM32Cube IDE to turn on LED ON and OFF.
Successfully compiled.But when I debug the project, the processor jumps to the Hard Fault Handler while "osKernelStart" function is executed.
So I checked the Fault Analyzer window, it shows that...

PL2303 is TTL level
It is 5 wires no CTS and RTS.
GND,RX,TX,3.3V and 5V.
It seems that Serial Port(TX,RX) of SIM808 Modlue is 3.3v characteristics.
I suspect that due to this the issue occurred.FYI., Image has attached.

I have tried to communicate the SIM808 module using PL2303 but not able to see the status(RDY) of SIM808 module through PL2303 in PUTTY terminal.
SIM card is inserted and SIM808 module powered by 12v Adapter.

Currently I am working on STM32F407 discovery kit using Atollic True Studio IDE. I have tried to configure the I2C peripheral in STM32F407 discovery board and used the I2C library available in the Peripheral libraries.
The problem is Busy status Flag is always Set before sending the START...

No.....TLP Cathodes are connected to STM32 ground.
Anode is connected to STM32 PWM pin.
I have checked with the individual series resistors for each optocoupler.since the voltage is sinking.

When give the pulse on Lin We didn't get the 12v in Hin....

Hi as u advised I have given 50% duty cycle of PWm from the microcontroller to the Lin but i received 2.03v voltage at HO.
I have maintained constant voltage at hin as 3.3v
In Vs Pin also i received 2.03v
In vb pin i received 4.49 v
for vdd i give 5v supply
