Help me with bandgap (dc simulation and tran simulation)

Re: help me about bandgap .dc is a stable scan, and .tran is a transient scan, if .tran time is large enough, the result will be close with .dc scan.

How to measure the ON resistance of an Analog Switch?

Re: Analog Switch You can't calculate Ron only by Vout/Iout, but you can calculate Ron by (Vin-Vout)/Iout, you can simulate by HSPICE, and you should find the difference.

How to measure the ON resistance of an Analog Switch?

Re: Analog Switch You can estimate ON resistance of Analog Switch by Vout/Iout, but it depends on the structure of Analog Switch. For example, if Analog Switch is composed of Transmission Gate, the ON resistance is : [Vds(pmos)/Ids(pmos)]//[Vds(nmos)/Ids(nmos)] , or Vab/Iab, where Vab is...

    input 5,0 V output 5,-5V

when Vin is 5V, theOPAMP's Vin- will be 5V,too. so there is no current at R. No current means the Vout must equal Vin-, so the output is 5V.
